    Day 1: Lima, Peru

    Arrive in Lima (LIM) before 8:00 pm and be shuttled to our boutique apartment hotel in the residential neighborhood of San Isidro.


    Spend your first afternoon exploring the Historic Center of Lima and see the changing of the guard in Lima's capital, or the catacombs of San Francisco.


    Meet like-minded travelers at our opening dinner and get a good night's rest before departing the next day for Cusco.


  • Day 2: Arrival in CuSco

    Walk through the parks in the Miraflores district of Lima among gardens, beaches, and beautiful downtown metropolis.


    Fly from Lima to Cusco (flight included) to the capital city of the Incan Empire.


    Cusco is a UNESCO World Heritage Site where you will rest to get acclimated to the change in altitude.

  • Day 3: Explore the Capital of the Incan Empire

    Cusco represents the center of Quechua culture in the Andes and by walking the streets you can see the layers of history come alive.


    Hike to Christo Blanco and the Pre-Incan citadel of Saksaywaman built in the 1100's for a beautiful view.


    Wander through the artisanal market to find beautiful multi-colored alpaca wool sweaters for friends back home.


    At night enjoy local foods like alpaca, guinea pig, and trout as we go out to dinner in Cusco's Plaza de Armas.




  • Day 4: Cultural Immersion

    In the morning, we'll drive through the Sacred Valley, see the Urubamba River and make a pit stop to see some llamas at Awana Kancha before arriving at Parque de la Papa.


    Learn how the indigenous Quechua people live on a sustainable reserve in the Andes and what their spiritual connection to the earth means to them.


    The, see Cusco illuminate at night and enjoy a Pisco Sour, the most famous drink in Peru.


    Tomorrow you'll be headed to Machu Picchu.





  • Day 5: Machu Picchu 

    Wake up early and take PeruRail from Cusco to the town of Aguas Calientes through the mystical Sacred Valley.


    "The Lost City of the Incas" will take your breath away as you wind through the paths and tour this preserved piece of history.


    Hike a section of the Inca Trail and tour Machu Picchu with a local guide who can explain the magic of this site.


    After trying to get a selfie with a llama, take the train back to Cusco and reflect on the beauty of what you just experienced.



  • Day 6: Relax and Departure

    On your final day take an included domestic flight back to Lima from Cusco to catch any international connection departing after 2:00 PM.


    Say goodbye to the amazing new connections you've made as we say goodbye in Lima.
